From 2001 – junior lecturer of Aircraft Airworthiness Retaining Department.
In 2008 he defended his PhD thesis on the topic “Diagnosing of the flow part of aviation turbojet dual circuit engines” in the specialty 05.22.20 – Maintenance and repair of means of transport.
From 2009 – Associate Professor of the Aircraft Airworthiness Retaining Department.
From 2018 – Head of the Aircraft Airworthiness Retaining Department.
From 2020 – Head of the Aircraft Continuing Airworthiness Department.

The main area of scientific researches is diagnostics of aviation gas turbine engines, continuing airworthiness of aircraft and its components.

Born in 1953 in the city of Bila Tserkva.
Graduated from the Mechanical Faculty of KICAE in 1977, on specialty “Operation of aircraft and aviation engines”.
In 1989 he defended his Ph.D. thesis on the theme “Diagnosis of TJDE upon parameters measured in operation”, had got the academic title of Associate Professor in 1994.
The doctoral dissertation has been defended on the topic “Diagnosing of flow section of the GTD on steady and transient operating modes ” in 1997, the academic title of professor was awarded in 2000.
Has Ukrainian, Russian and German languages.
Total employment is 50 years, at NAU – 45 years.

Graduated from the Mechanical Faculty of Kiev Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers in 1977, on specialty “Operation of aircraft and aviation engines” and got the qualification “mechanical engineer”.
From 1977 to 1981 he worked as a technological engineer at the plant # 411 of civil aviation. Since 1981 he has been working at the National Aviation University
Between 1981-1984 studied at KICAE postgraduate school at the Department of “Theory of machines and mechanisms and details of machines”.
In 1986 he defended his Ph.D. thesis in the specialty “friction and wear in machines”.
From 1984 to 1994 worked in the research division of KIUCA.
From 1994-1997 – doctoral candidate of the department “Aircraft manufacturing and repair technologies and aviation materials science” of KIUCA.

Graduated from the Kiev Polytechnic Institute in 1974, speciality “Metal Science, Equipment and Technology of Heat Treatment of Metals”.
From 1974 to 1977 he studied in postgraduate school at the Kiev Institute of Engineers of the CA.
In 1983 he defended his Ph.D. thesis in the specialty “friction and wear in machines”.
Since 1977 he has been working at the National Aviation University as a junior, senior research scientist, leading researcher of the research unit.
From 2000 – Associate Professor of the Department.
In 2019 he defended doctoral dissertation on the topic “Scientific and technical bases of increasing the durability of parts of aviation tribomechanical systems under conditions of their fretting-contact interaction”.
Since September 2017 – Professor of the Department “Aviation Machines Manufacturing and Repair Technologies”.
From January 2020 – Professor of the Aircraft Continuing Airworthiness Department.
The scientific activity is related to the problems of tribotechnical ensurance of reliability and increase of resource of aviation engineering.

Born in 1956 in Tashkent.
In 1979 he graduated from the Kiev Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers (KICAE) and received a diploma with honors in the specialty “Operation of aircrafts and engines”.
From 1979 to 1982 he worked at the aviation and technical base of the Tashkent Joint Aviation Squad in the positions of trainee engineer, shift engineer, shift chief.
From 1982 to 2010 he worked at KICAE (KIUCA, NAU) in the positions of engineer, assistant, head of the research laboratory of SRL-1 of the aircraft maintenance department, head of the department of organization and implementation of scientific and technical development, director of the Institute of Postgraduate Studies, Vice-Rector for Corporate Management.
In 2000 he defended his PhD thesis “Management of processes of maintenance of civil aircraft on the basis of application of modern information technologies” and was awarded the PhD in the specialty “Operation and repair of means of transport”.
The results of the dissertation thesis are implemented in Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Lithuania, Kazakhstan.
Associate Professor was awarded in 2001.
From 2010 to 2015, he worked as Acting Rector of the Kyiv State Institute of Arts and Design of Michael Boychuk.

In 1972 he graduated with honors from the Kiev Military Aviation Engineering Academy (KMAEA), majoring in automatic electrical and instrumentation of manned aircraft.
Military service began in 1972 as an aviation equipment engineer of Aviation Regiment, in 1975-1978. – Adjunct of the department number 31 KMAEA.
From 1978 to 1980 – Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, Head of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Electrical Measurements of Irkutsk MAEA
In 1979 he defended his PhD thesis in the specialty “Weapons and military equipment”. Associate Professor was awarded the academic title in 1986.
In 1990–1997, he held positions from senior inspector to chief of MMU unit group.
Since 2003 he has been working at NAU as an associate professor of the Department at the Military Faculty.

Born in 1956 in Bakhmach, Chernihiv region.
In 1979 he graduated from the KICAE and qualified as a mechanical engineer
Since March 1979 he worked in the experimental design bureau OK. Antonova, structural engineer.
In the period 1980-82 he was a post-graduate student of KICAE, 1983-88 he was a research associate of the Branch Research Laboratory No. 11 “Operational reliability and manufacturability of fuel, oil and hydro gas systems of aircraft”.
From November 1988 to 2004 – Head of BRL No. 11 KICAE.
In 2001-2004, he worked part-time as head of the organization and implementation of scientific development department of the Aviation Scientific-Research Institute.
From 2004 to 2009 he worked as an associate professor of the Aircraft Design Department at NAU.
From 2010 to 2014 he worked as Head of the Laboratory “Aircraft Reliability and Technologic”, NAU SRD, Senior Scientist Researcher.
Since 2015 Associate Professor of the Aircraft Airworthiness Department.
Since January 2020 Associate Professor of the Aircraft Continuing Airworthiness Department.
His PhD thesis is “Provision of protection of fuel systems from free moisture during aircraft operation”, specialty 05.22.20 – operation and repair of means of transport.
Co-author, responsible performer and scientific supervisor of more than 130 contract research works and their stages, much of which are military.

He lectures: “Design and Maintenance of Functional Systems of Aircraft”.
The basic direction of scientific researches is the chemotomological reliability of AT, methods of diagnosing units of aviation functional systems, multi- and full-factor physical and mathematical modeling of operability of technical objects.

After graduating from the university, he worked at the department since 2003 in the positions of: engineer and assistant.
In 2008 he defended his PhD thesis on “Improving the durability of titanium alloys plasma coating” on specialty 05.02.04 – “Friction and wear in machines.”

SUROVTSEV Oleksandr,

Born in 1966 in the city of Feodosy.
Joined the Kharkov Aviation Institute (KhAI) in 1984 and took academic leave from 1985 to 1987 and served in the Soviet Army (Trans-Baikal Military District). After his academic leave, he continued studies at the KhAI. In 1992 he graduated from KhAI and received higher education in the specialty of “Aircraft Constrictions” with the qualification of engineer-mechanic. 1992 – Recruited to the department of OMTS of the Zhuliansky machine-building plant of ZhMZ (now “Vizar”) as a leading engineer.
From 1997 to 2015 worked at the association “Ukraviaprom”.
Since 2015 – Assistant of the Department of Aviation Airworthiness Conservation.
From 2018 – Senior Lecturer in the Department of Aviation Airworthiness Conservation.
Since January 2020, Senior Lecturer of the Aircraft Continuing Airworthiness Department.

Actively works in the direction of organization and methodological support of the practice courses of students of I and III under the conditions of real production.
The direction of scientific activity is related to the estimation of the technical state of friction pairs by acoustic mission methods.
